Back Junior Accounting Associate Other Coraopolis , Pennsylvania Contract Hybrid Aug 17, 2026 Jr Accounting Associate Job at a Glance Title: Jr Accounting Associate Location: Pittsburgh Contract: W2 only Pay: $ 15-17/hour + optional medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match Overview This position provides day-to-day administrative support to the Sales Audit team in order to ensure smooth operation in the Sales Audit Department. This position supports the daily operations of the Sales Audit team by performing a variety of audit and administrative functions to ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of store sales activity. Key Responsibilities Audit store sales by balancing daily sales to system generated reports. Validate deposit information. Work with store cash office personnel to research and resolve discrepancies such as missing or rejected transactions. Document corrections and adjustments. Maintain accurate records. Perform data entry related to sales audit processes. Assist in meeting weekly and monthly departmental deadlines. Help manage chargeback responses. Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth, efficient operation of the Sales Audit Department.
