Responsibilities As an Assistant Manager, you will help operate our restaurants on a day-to-day basis. You will assist the General Manager to ensure that every shift operates smoothly. You’ll also assist with local store marketing to help reach sales and profit goals while supporting team members through performance and training initiatives. Qualifications Have at least 6 months of restaurant or retail management experience. Have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service. Pay and Benefits Pay: $14.50 - $21.75 per hour Benefits and notes: Subject to availability and certain eligibility requirements. Pay ranges represent the low and high end of the range for this position. Actual placement within the range will vary based on factors including experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements.
