Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator - Metal Stamping to join their team. As a Machine Operator - Metal Stamping, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, mechanical aptitude, and a solid work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Alexandria, MN

Pay Range: $18-$19/hour

Shift: 3rd: Sunday - Thursday: 10:45 PM - 7:15 AM

What's the Job?

• Operate metal stamping machinery to support production processes
• Ensure quality control and adherence to production standards
• Maintain equipment and perform routine inspections
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Document production data accurately and timely

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; welcoming those early in their manufacturing career
• Above average computer skills to operate machinery and input data
• Some mechanical ability to troubleshoot minor issues
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with the team
• A strong work ethic and commitment to safety and quality
