24-Bed Cardiac Medical Stepdown Unit
Patient Population: SD, cardiac, surgical, renal, End stage respiratory, continuous BiPAP
Skill Sets: Cardiac drips and titrations, BiPAP, insulin drips, cardiac rhythm
Equipment: Alaris pumps, BiPAP, PCA, GlucoStabilizer, bedside cardiac monitor, Hoyer and Sara Stedy lifts
Scrubs: Navy blue, white, or any combination of the two colors
Ratio*: 1:3-4

RN--Cardiac Medical Stepdown Unit (CMSU) NO LOCAL CANDIDATES (no candidates within 50-mile radius) Must be proficient in lab draws required No Blocked Scheduling Guaranteed (EXCEPT possibly weekend blocked) Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required Schedule: 12-Hr Days, required to work every other weekend/major holiday Interview Process: ITO interviews, Hiring Manager may conduct 2nd interview
