Civil Project Engineer - Transportation

Transportation Project Engineer, PE Bolton & Menk has an exciting opportunity for a Project Engineer, PE to join our Transportation team in our Denver office. With over 75 years of experience, we provide community infrastructure solutions across the Midwest, Southeast, and beyond. Responsibilities Performs detailed design computations Performs preliminary layout, modeling and design. Researches and prepares rough drafts of preliminary reports and feasibility studies. Assists with project design and preparation of plans and specifications and prepares cost and quantity take‑off estimates. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university or closely related field Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) 8+ years' progressive experience in the civil engineering field, including transportation and municipal infrastructure Experience in plan and specification development with construction contract administration Proficiency in ORD, AutoCAD and/or Microstation, GeoPAK Drainage, HydroCAD, P8 and GIS Must possess a valid driver’s license and their own transportation. Reimbursement is provided for business‑related travel.
