Verify patient enrollment status and schedule appointments for multiple medical and behavioral health providers. Follow strict safety protocols to immediately route medical emergencies to 9-1-1 and behavioral health crises to appropriate departments. Adhere to call center scripts and communication procedures. ** Qualifications: ** Proficiency with computer skills, basic office applications, email systems, and navigate database. Ability and willingness to learn. Two (2) years of office, clerical, or administrative experience. Multi-task and follow organizational desk scripts and guidelines.
