If that mission matters to you, this role is worth reading. We’re hiring a Pediatric Physical Therapy Assistant to join our multidisciplinary outpatient team in Oklahoma City. We provide trained interpreter support, so Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required. Why Join Therapitas? What You’ll Do ✔️ Implement treatment plans developed by a licensed Physical Therapist (PT). ✔️ Provide skilled intervention to improve strength, mobility, motor development, and functional independence. ✔️ Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic activities and home programs to enhance progress. ✔️ Document services in our easy-to-use EMR to meet clinical standards and payer requirements. ✔️ Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and other team members to provide coordinated, family-centered care. ✔️ Supervise Physical Therapy Assistant students. What Your Caseload May Look Like You’ll see mostly toddlers and school-age children, with some infants and adolescents. Patients may range from 2 weeks to 20 years old. Common diagnoses include developmental delay, toe walking, torticollis/plagiocephaly, Down syndrome, Autism Spectrum Disorder, cerebral palsy, spina bifida, and other genetic or neurological conditions. What We’re Looking For ✅ PTA degree from an accredited program. ✅ Oklahoma PTA license or eligibility to obtain. ✅ New grads and upcoming board exam candidates welcome. ✅ Passion for working with children and families. ✅ Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset. ✅ Mission-driven approach to care. ✅ Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required.
