Relationship Life Cycle Consultant

Role Overview ADP is hiring a Relationship Life Cycle Consultant who must reside in the Atlanta or Alpharetta area. As a Relationship Life Cycle Consultant, you will work to strengthen the connection with clients through service and consultation around benefit education strategies, helping them improve benefit participation, client experience, employee retention, and engagement. What you’ll do Design and execute benefit strategies and communications year‑round to an assigned client base, reviewing strategies to drive plan participation and retention. Conduct worksite benefit meetings for groups of new hires, quarterly wellness meetings, spending‑account education, year‑end onboarding meetings, open enrollment meetings, and other related sessions. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, focusing on benefit strategies related to worksite employee enrollment in the plan. Continually upgrade your knowledge and skills in benefits, attending training sessions and becoming a benefit subject‑matter expert. Adhere to a daily schedule to manage meetings, calls, partner connections, and other responsibilities. To succeed in this role Five years of client service or client relationship management experience in a fast‑paced service environment. Experience in benefits. Excellent presentation skills, keeping large audiences engaged and attentive. Strategic thinking with the ability to assess needs and provide innovative solutions to help clients meet their business objectives. Willingness to travel to support client visits and strengthen relationships. Preferred qualifications Progressive management experience in consulting or large corporate environments. Experience with multiple large complex clients or advisor relationships and dealing with a broad range of benefits or HR‑equivalent areas at senior levels.
