Nexeo Staffing is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager for a Direct Hire opportunity with a growing, highly regulated organization. This is a high-ownership leadership position for a disciplined warehouse professional who understands the importance of FDA compliance, quality systems, workplace safety, and inventory accuracy. The Warehouse Manager will have overall responsibility for warehouse operations, with FDA cGMP/QMSR, ISO 13485, and OSHA compliance as non-negotiable priorities. This leader will develop and enforce the systems, processes, training programs, and team capabilities necessary to support business growth while maintaining regulatory integrity. Inventory accuracy, labor planning, and operational processes must be designed to scale with increased volume without compromising compliance, quality, or control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations while maintaining FDA cGMP/QMSR, ISO 13485, and OSHA compliance.
• Develop, implement, train, audit, and enforce warehouse SOPs and competency programs.
• Maintain accurate inventory, documentation, traceability, and material-handling processes.
• Ensure warehouse and distribution processes align with applicable FDA Quality Management System requirements.
• Maintain OSHA-compliant operations, training, documentation, and safety practices.
• Develop scalable processes and labor models to support increased operational volume.
• Lead a mixed workforce of full-time and temporary employees.
• Establish performance expectations and hold employees accountable for safety, quality, productivity, and compliance.
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics and provide clear, data-driven reporting to leadership.
• Support regulatory audits and inspections by ensuring warehouse operations and documentation remain inspection-ready.
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective and preventive improvements.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and improve warehouse efficiency.
• Build a culture of accountability, quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of progressive warehouse, logistics, or materials management experience with leadership responsibility.
• Experience in an FDA-regulated medical device or similarly regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of FDA cGMP/QMSR, ISO 13485, and OSHA compliance.
• Experience managing full-time and temporary employees.
• Proven ability to develop, train, audit, and enforce SOPs and competency programs.
• Strong inventory management and regulatory documentation experience.
• Proficiency with WMS/ERP systems, barcode/UDI systems, and advanced Excel.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment while maintaining strict compliance standards.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.

Pay

$100,000 per year

Schedule

Full Time | Day Shift | Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
