Carolina Specialties Construction is currently seeking qualified candidates to fill Commercial Construction Superintendent positions. Successful candidates should be able to manage projects through quality, integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of site supervision experience
• Must be competent in construction document reading
• Must be self-motivated and be able to lead construction crews
• Must have good communication skills
• Must have knowledge and experience in all phases of commercial building construction from layout to completion
• Must be willing to work with small tools, along with the crew to achieve set forth tasks
• Must be organized and detail oriented

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the project on a daily basis to ensure quality construction
• Oversee and uphold safety expectations and requirements
• Oversee project activities such as sequencing, scheduling, procurement, logistics, and staffing
• Manage routine tasks such as timesheets, daily reports, equipment maintenance, building inspections, etc.
