Scrum Master

DescriptionKforce has a client in Boston, MA that is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support multiple technology initiatives within a fast-paced environment. This individual will partner with cross-functional teams to drive project execution, facilitate Agile processes, and ensure successful delivery from planning through implementation.Responsibilities:* Lead Agile teams across multiple concurrent projects* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives* Track project progress, risks, and dependencies while ensuring timely delivery* Create and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholder visibility* Partner with business and technical teams to clarify requirements and remove blockers* Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement* Support backlog management and project prioritization effortsRequirements* Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred* 5+ years of Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or Project Management experience* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Kanban* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously* Excellent communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills* Experience with project management tools such as Azure DevOps preferred* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities* Healthcare industry experience is a plusJob TypeContractCompensation55 - $65
