Location: Castle Rock, CO

Pay Rate: $25/hr

Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm

What You'll Do

• Collect blood specimens using venipuncture, capillary, and other approved collection techniques
• Process and prepare specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures
• Verify patient identification, demographic information, and specimen labeling accuracy
• Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties
• Maintain accurate records and required documentation
• Provide exceptional customer service while creating a positive and professional patient experience
• Support multiple patient service locations as needed based on business requirements
• Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment

What We're Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• Strong specimen collection and processing skills with a focus on quality and accuracy
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Keyboard and data entry experience
• Experience in a Patient Service Center environment preferred
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
• Phlebotomy certification preferred
• Flexible schedule with ability to work overtime, holidays, weekends, and travel to multiple locations as needed
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license, if applicable
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
