Acute Registered Nurse - ICU / CCU
MLR is collaborating with a reputable healthcare system in West-Central Texas to recruit a dedicated Registered Nurse for their ICU/CCU. This full-time position is perfect for compassionate, skilled nurses who thrive in critical care settings and are committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Up to $35k in Sign-On Bonus & $10k in relocation assistance!
Position: Full-Time | Flexible 36/48-Hour Work Schedule
Patient-Centered Care: Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for each patient, ensuring high-quality, compassionate treatment.
Collaborative Care: Partner with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and specialists, to deliver comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Complex Case Management: Provide nursing care for a broad spectrum of severe and life-threatening health conditions, treating both adolescent and adult populations.
Specialized Nursing Care: Focus on delivering expert care to patients experiencing critical illnesses and injuries, often requiring advanced and immediate medical interventions.
Acute Registered Nurse - ICU/CCU Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- CPR/BCLS: Basic Life Support certification (required prior to orientation completion).
- ACLS: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certification (required before completing orientation).
- NIH Stroke Scale: Certification (required before completing orientation).
