Process and verify import and export documentation for air and ocean freight shipments. Review shipping documents for completeness and accuracy. Maintain electronic records and ensure data integrity across multiple systems. Update shipment statuses and tracking information as required. Communicate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and obtain missing information. Generate reports and assist with record management activities. Support logistics coordinators and operations teams with administrative tasks. Ensure compliance with company procedures and customer requirements. Meet productivity and accuracy goals in a fast-paced environment. Physical Capabilities Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while performing office tasks. Frequent use of computers, telephones, and other standard office equipment. Occasional lifting or moving of office supplies and materials up to 20 pounds.
