Position Overview

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible physician to provide high-quality urgent care services in a well-equipped, hospital-affiliated facility. This role offers the autonomy of outpatient medicine combined with the resources and stability of a nonprofit health system.

Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries in a fast-paced urgent care setting
• Perform minor medical procedures and wound care as needed
• Order, interpret, and act upon diagnostic tests including lab work and imaging
• Collaborate with support staff, nurses, and ancillary healthcare professionals to deliver efficient patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
• Provide patient education and discharge instructions
• Work 6-7 shifts per two-week pay period on a rotating schedule
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocol development

Job Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
• Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or related specialty
• Eligible for or currently holding an Ohio medical license
• Strong clinical decision-making skills and ability to work independently
• Experience or comfort level in high-volume urgent care or emergency medicine settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
• Ability to efficiently manage diverse patient populations and conditions

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed first-year compensation ranging from $310,000 to $410,000 annually
