Quality Assurance Analyst/Tester, Jr. QA Analyst III

Location: Nashville, TN Hybrid
Candidate Requirement: Must be local
Contract Duration: 10/05/2026 12/31/2027
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM4:30 PM CST
Hours: 7.5 hours/day, 37.5 hours/week

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst/Tester to support application modernization initiatives and help lead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase.

The ideal candidate will have experience with both manual and automation testing and be comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment . The role will involve creating and executing test cases, validating APIs and databases, tracking defects, and developing automated test scripts.

• Support and lead UAT activities.
• Create, document, and execute manual test cases.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, API, and performance testing.
• Work with business users to create and execute test scenarios.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and testing activities.
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects.
• Use Jira and Zephyr for test management and defect tracking.
• Perform database validation using SQL.
• Perform API testing using Postman.
• Develop automation scripts using Selenium, Tricentis Tosca, or similar tools.
• Create reusable automation scripts to increase test coverage and reduce repetitive testing.
• Support testing of enterprise applications and ServiceNow portals.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, QA professionals, and end users.
• Communicate testing progress, defects, risks, and issues to project stakeholders.

We are looking for a QA professional who can handle both manual and automation testing , rather than someone focused exclusively on manual QA. The strongest candidates will have hands-on experience with Jira/Zephyr, SQL, Postman, Selenium or Tosca , UAT, Agile/Scrum, and ideally Section 508 accessibility and AI-powered testing .
