Costaras Law is hiring an Executive Admin to anchor daily operations at a growing boutique firm focused on estate planning, business formation, contracts, real estate, and M&A.

This is not a support role. It is the operational backbone of the firm.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Own the phones. Every call handled with professionalism and a client-first approach.
• Manage calendars, scheduling, and appointments across the team
• Handle client intake and initial communications
• Keep records, files, and internal workflows organized and moving
• Support the founding attorney with daily administrative needs
• Coordinate with the paralegal, marketing, and web teams to keep operations tight

BACKGROUND

• 7 to 10 years of executive-level admin experience
• Military or corporate operations background preferred
• Strong phone presence and client-facing communication
• Proven experience managing calendars, intake, and workflows
