This role combines strong customer service with visible awareness, helping to discourage incidents while keeping teams informed. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $21.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor radio, telephone, and/or electronic communications to receive calls for service, document activity, and dispatch the appropriate personnel to reported incidents across the location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, relaying details to on-site personnel and leadership as needed.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and incident records, helping to support timely communication and coordination during routine operations and unexpected events.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter when assigned, noting unusual activity and communicating observations for follow-up.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
