Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Job Description

This position requires a licensed Physical Therapist to provide evaluation and therapeutic care to assigned patients in a rehabilitation setting. The role includes both outpatient and inpatient responsibilities, where the therapist will plan and implement ongoing treatment programs as directed by the physician. The Physical Therapist will maintain a full caseload and be well-versed in managing treatment plans and home exercise programs while complying with insurance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and re-evaluate assigned patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Develop and implement comprehensive therapeutic physical therapy programs.
• Regularly update treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Independently manage a full caseload, effectively updating treatment based on re-eval requirements.
• Work weekends and holidays as needed based on hospital operations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 2 years of experience in both outpatient and acute rehabilitation settings.
• Active Hawaii Physical Therapy License (must be obtained before the start date).
• BLS certification from the American Red Cross.
