Now Hiring: Automotive Title Clerk

Join our growing dealership team! We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Title Clerk to support our accounting and titling operations in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment.

• Process vehicle title and registration paperwork accurately and timely
• Submit title applications to the DMV and ensure compliance with state regulations
• Verify deal paperwork for completeness and accuracy
• Process title corrections and audits
• Maintain organized vehicle deal jackets and records
• Communicate with customers, lenders, and internal departments regarding title status
• Assist with inventory and accounting-related administrative tasks as needed

• Previous automotive titling experience preferred
• CDK Software experience preferred
• Knowledge of DMV/title procedures and dealership paperwork
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership software systems
• Team player with a positive and professional attitude
