Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (6:30 AM – 7:00 PM) | Includes up to 1 weekend shift per month and up to 4 on-call shifts per month

Key Responsibilities

• Perform both scrub and circulator roles across a broad range of surgical specialties including Trauma, Transplant, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, ENT, GU-GYN, and Robotics
• Deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care within a Level I Trauma Center and Magnet-designated Operating Room
• Utilize EPIC for clinical documentation and charting throughout all phases of surgical care
• Float within scope to meet facility needs, including between like units as required
• Participate in on-call coverage, including evening and weekend call shifts as scheduled
• Fulfill holiday coverage requirements during designated holiday periods

Required Qualifications

• Active South Carolina RN license or Multi-State/Compact RN license (SC license must be active prior to start)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Radiation badge required (provided by agency)
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room RN experience strongly preferred; first-time travelers considered
• Experience within a Level I Trauma environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Scrub experience in the Operating Room setting
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records system
• Experience working in a high-volume, academic, or teaching facility environment
