Responsibilities Partner with plant managers and leadership teams for two plants (Roseland NJ and St. Johnsbury VT) to support integrated financial operations. Manage all plant financial activities, including cost and general accounting, inventory, budgeting and forecasting, and capital projects. Lead and monitor internal SOX control processes and report deficiencies or changes to corporate accounting. Coordinate the preparation of annual forecasts and budgets, and provide meaningful cost, variance, and forecast information to plant and corporate management. Develop and maintain in‑house financial systems and procedures to track, control, and disseminate financial information for operational decision‑making. Maintain and update standard product costs for all items manufactured in the facilities and develop standard cost for new items. Partner with plant leadership to develop, track, and execute productivity projects and perform special feasibility, cost, and operational studies. Manage and control capital spending projects and provide financial analysis and cost reporting to the plant manager’s leadership team. Supervise one cost accountant. Qualifications & Experience Minimum BA/BS in Accounting or Finance. 7+ years progressive accounting/finance experience, including 2+ years supervisory experience. Broad knowledge of cost, payroll, A/P, general, and fixed assets accounting. Strong budgetary skills (ABC, zero‑base). Experience with JDE, Mainframe, and desktop systems. Good interpersonal and supervisory skills. Working knowledge of non‑financial disciplines and systems. CMA or MBA is a plus. Compensation Compensation Range: $101,879 – $169,000 annually + 15% target bonus. Benefits Paid time off; holidays, sick, and vacation. 401(k) plan with company match.
