Minimum Requirements:

Current Pharmacist license for Utah required.
Experience with Pyxis and CIISafe required.
Experience using VigiLanz required.
Previous experience managing pharmacy technicians required; candidate will work alone with a technician for portions of the shift (approximately 5.5 hours of a 10-hour shift).
Experience with Meditech, DoseEdge, or RXMS preferred.
BLS or ALS preferred but not required.
Minimum 6 months of pharmacist experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in hospital pharmacy operations, including NICU, ICU, OR, ED, inpatient rehab, behavioral health, or trauma center environments.
Familiarity with consult services (warfarin, vancomycin, TPN, insulin) and clinical intervention management.
Experience with pharmacy automation (BD Pyxis) preferred.

Assignment Details

Shift hours: 12:30 - 23:00.
Schedule pattern: 7 on, 7 off (works seven consecutive days, then seven days off).
Pharmacy is staffed 24 hours; staffing includes multiple day pharmacists and a night pharmacist.
