Jackson and Coker is partnering with a respected health system in Upstate New York to provide locums psychiatric coverage in an Inpatient setting. This opportunity is ideal for a board certified psychiatrist who enjoys teaching, as the role combines direct patient care with resident precepting across child and adult psychiatry.

Opportunity Highlights:
Outpatient setting with a strong academic component, seeing patients aged 6 and above
Blend of patient care and resident education
Long-term, ongoing assignment with consistent scheduling starting in September
Support from a well-established, collaborative health system
Monday-Friday inpatient schedule (Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

On-call coverage:
1 weekend per month
5 weekday nights per month (tied to inpatient unit)

Requirements:
Board Certified in Psychiatry
Active New York medical license
DEA required
Clean malpractice history
