Newberry College seeks a part-time Employability Skills Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the design and development of an institution-wide Employability Skills Framework. You will identify, define, and document core competencies and map them to academic programs andDegree Plus pathways.

Within a collaborative team, you will support employer-informed alignment, develop assessment approaches, and maintain framework documentation to sustain institutional integration across programs.
