Retain with Purpose.As Grand Casino’s Band Member Recruitment and Retention Specialist, you will serve as a strategic connector, advocate, and developer of Mille Lacs Band Members by recruiting them into meaningful roles and supporting their growth and success across Grand Casinos. You will help increase Band Member employment and foster leadership development through a thoughtful, hands-on approach to retention and advancement.Your work will enrich the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe by empowering its members, promoting self-sufficiency, and supporting long-term careers. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be consideredDemonstrated success in coaching, relationship-building, and talent supportStrong communication and organization skillsMust be able to secure a license from the Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA)Responsible for following all relevant Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGRs)Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring processPhysical Requirements and Work EnvironmentAbility to travel locally for events and community engagementFlexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends for outreach or development initiativesComfortable working in both office and guest-facing environmentsRegular standing, walking, and light lifting during community activities and events#TA8 #J-18808-Ljbffr Grand-Casino-Hinckley
