OCM Lead PIM Transformation

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supporting large-scale technology implementations and business transformations.
• Product Information Management (PIM) is the top priority, with Master Data Management (MDM) as the next best fit.
• Related experience with ERP, Supply Chain, Merchandising, or Product Data Management is also valuable.
• Experience creating repeatable change management processes, driving stakeholder adoption, and leading organizational readiness efforts.
• Proven history developing and delivering training materials, user guides, communications, and adoption plans.
• Ability to work with Director-level stakeholders, facilitate discussions across business teams, and influence outcomes.

Required Skills:

1. 5+ years of Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience
2. PIM or MDM Experience (Highly needed)
3. Built Change Programs from the Ground Up
4. Training, Communications & Adoption Strategy
5. Executive Stakeholder Management

• Retail, eCommerce, merchandising, or consumer products experience.
• UAT and user readiness support.
• Prosci, ADKAR, or similar change management methodology.
• Experience with system integrators (Accenture, Deloitte, Infosys, etc.).
• Multi-brand organization experience.
