Carrier Compliance Specialist

Freight Flex is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Carrier Compliance Specialist to support our carrier onboarding, monitoring, and fraud prevention efforts outside of standard business hours. This role plays a critical part in protecting the integrity of our freight network while ensuring carriers are properly vetted and approved quickly to support operational efficiency. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment, has strong attention to detail, and understands the importance of balancing speed with risk management. must be able to work onsite in Denton TX. Key Responsibilities Review and approve carrier packets during after-hours coverage Verify carrier information including: MC/DOT authority Insurance compliance Safety ratings Carrier contact information Banking and payment verification Monitor for potential fraud indicators and suspicious activity Validate carrier documentation and ensure compliance standards are met Communicate with carriers regarding onboarding requirements and missing documents Work closely with operations and sales teams to support urgent load coverage needs Escalate high-risk situations or compliance concerns to leadership immediately Maintain accurate notes and updates within compliance systems and TMS platforms Assist in monitoring active carrier statuses and insurance expirations when needed Schedule Expectations We are hiring for 2 shifts available.
