CNC Machinist

Advance CNC Machining 2nd Shift (Mon-Thurs 4:00 pm-2:30 am)

Up to$35/hour DOE

We are seeking experienced CNC Machinists who are enjoyable to work with, demonstrate strong technical competency, take ownership of their work, and produce high-quality precision parts to help our growing $20 million company keep pace with rapidly rising demand.

What Youll Do

Asourexperienced CNC Machinist,youllbring technical designs to life with a desire to provide precise craftsmanship- while modeling the accountability, commitment, and humility that define our culture.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Interpreting technical drawings and blueprints tounderstand part geometry, features, and tolerances.
• Operating multiple Makino 4 & 5-Axis CNC milling machine centers, many with the help of automation.
• Loading raw materials, securing workpieces, changing tools, and making offsetsfor efficient andaccuratemachining.
• Inspecting and measuring finished partsusing calipers, micrometers,CMM,and other precision tools.
• Reviewing and understanding CMM reportsto verify dimensional accuracy.
• Completing inspection and production reportsto ensure documentation and workflow accuracy.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Compensation package includes:

The skills needed:

• Strong ability toread and interpret blueprints, drawings, and CMM data, including GD&T.
• Proficiencywithprecision measurement tools includingcalipers, micrometers, height gauges, and more.
• Solidmechanical aptitude withaproblemsolvermindset.
• Excellentcommunication skillsable to collaborate with programmers, quality inspectors, and fellow machinists.
• Aproactive,selfdriven work style withthe ability to complete taskswith minimaldirection.
• Experience operating 4-5 axis Makino machines isa strong plus.
