About the Job Independent Sales Representative
Job Title: Independent Sales Representative (1099 / Commission-Only) Recruiting Services
We are a fast-growing recruiting agency that helps companies build high-performing teams by connecting them with top talent across industries. We are seeking motivated Independent Sales Representatives (1099 contractors) to join our network and help us expand our client base.
Role Overview
As an Independent Sales Rep, youll be responsible for generating new business opportunities with companies in need of recruiting services. This is a 1099 contractor position with commission-only compensation ideal for entrepreneurial professionals who thrive on building relationships and earning uncapped income.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
- Present and promote our recruiting services to HR leaders, hiring managers, and executives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate agreements and close new business.
- Collaborate with our recruiting team to ensure client needs are met.
Qualifications
- Proven success in sales, business development, or account management.
- Experience selling recruiting, staffing, HR, or B2B services preferred (not required).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as a 1099 contractor.
- Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for results.
