Job Title & Location Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist – Cartersville, GA (Start: 07/27/2026, Duration: 14 weeks, 40 hrs/week, 8‑hour days, Travel) Job Overview MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a contract with a top healthcare client. Responsibilities Provide assistance with patient care in the Interventional Radiology Department by providing technical assistance to the IR team. Perform diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures in a clinical setting. Operate conventional, fluoroscopic, or radiology equipment to obtain images according to physician specifications. Assist the physician with the performance of diagnostic and interventional procedures, monitor, pass instruments and catheters, observe patient response, maintain sterile field, interpret and evaluate diagnostic data. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and accepted practice guidelines. Deliver quality, cost‑effective patient care in a professional manner. Work effectively to maintain an environment of excellence, patient‑focused, providing timely, compassionate, quality patient care. Prepare and update patient records accurately and legibly. Qualifications Current license in good standing. Appropriate specialty certifications/credentials. At least 18 months of Special Procedures/Interventional experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting. Additional requirements as determined by client facility.
