- 8am-5pm M-F
- Manage Bureau projects, including project documentation, timelines, action items, and stakeholder coordination.
- Review and update Enrollee and Provider Handbooks, Bureau website content, forms, and related materials.
- Support MIF Team projects, including the Annual Survey, Outstanding Checks Reconciliation, reporting, and metrics.
- Draft and review procedures, processes, flowcharts, SOPs, forms, and other Bureau documentation.
- Analyze data, identify trends and patterns, and recommend data pulls and reporting needs.
- Serve as liaison between the Medical and Dental Directors, Office of Regulatory Management, and Bureau.
- Coordinate with MIF staff to define project objectives, requirements, and expectations.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, track milestones, and provide status updates to management.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings, including agendas, minutes, action items, and follow-ups.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives and other special projects as assigned.
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Project management or coordination experience
- Experience creating and facilitating meetings
- Previous governmental project management or contract management experience preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
- Experience with Microsoft Project is an advantage
- Ability to adapt, innovate, and work effectively in a team environment
- Additional certifications may be required.
