Direct Rate Home Loans has partnered with the team at Attorney Backed Agents and is looking for Full-Time - Experienced Loan Officers
Direct Rate Home Loans is growing, and we’re looking for experienced, motivated Mortgage Loan Officers who want more than just a place to hang their license.

We’re looking for Loan Officers who are driven, relationship-focused, and serious about building a long-term mortgage business.
The ideal candidate:
- Has mortgage origination experience
- Holds or is able to obtain the appropriate MLO licensing
- Understands the importance of Realtor and referral-partner relationships
- Provides an exceptional experience for clients
- Is self-motivated and accountable
- Wants to continue growing personally and professionally
- Values teamwork, communication, and doing things the right way
- Wants to be part of a company with an entrepreneurial mindset
- This ad says if you have a real estate license select yes, but same thing goes for your LO license.
Compensation: 75,000 plus at plan
All commission based.
