Job Details Specialty: Cardiac Stepdown / ACU-Stepdown RN / Progressive Care RN Setting: On-site acute care stepdown unit Location: Springdale, Arkansas 72764 Start Date: 9/7/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours Per Week: 36 Shift Duration: 12-hour day shifts Shifts Per Week: 3 Schedule: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM; every other weekend required Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,530-$1,610 Employment Type: Travel RN Job Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license 2 years of stepdown, cardiac stepdown, or progressive care experience Current ACLS and BLS certifications Cerner experience required Strong clinical judgment in a fast-paced telemetry and cardiac care environment Willingness to float to medical-surgical (MS) or telemetry (Tele) units as needed Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to cardiac stepdown and progressive care patients Monitor patient status, assess changes in condition, and respond promptly to clinical needs Administer medications, treatments, and ordered therapies Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support positive outcomes Float to MS/Tele units when needed based on patient care needs Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety and quality care standards Why This Travel Nursing Opportunity?
