About the Position

Job Title

Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Eugene, OR | Outpatient

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Expected 36 hours/week with the potential to work up to 40 hours; overtime requires director approval

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment services to an outpatient orthopedic patient population
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and clinical guidelines
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members to support optimal patient outcomes
• PTAs will deliver treatment plans established by a supervising Physical Therapist and communicate patient progress accordingly

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Oregon (or eligibility to obtain)
• Candidates must hold the appropriate degree: PT (DPT or equivalent) or PTA (Associate's degree from an accredited program)
• New graduates are welcome to apply

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient orthopedic experience
• Familiarity with outpatient documentation and treatment workflows
