SEC Reporting Manager

The Manager will lead SEC filings, oversee global consolidations, administer OneStream, and support technical accounting and special projects. Apply today! What you’ll do Manage the preparation of 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K filings and ensure timely, accurate SEC reporting. Oversee the global consolidations process, including intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translation. Collaborate across the organization—including division finance teams, Investor Relations, and FP&A—to gather, validate, and report financial information. Perform technical accounting research, draft memos, and support accounting topics across global entities. Support confidential special projects and transformation initiatives within the finance organization. Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvement across reporting and consolidation workflows. Compensation Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $140,000 to $160,000 per year.
