This is an excellent opportunity for a junior associate looking for partnership track or a junior to senior attorney looking for a non-partnership track position representing high-profile clients in complex disputes and counseling matters. The role offers significant client contact, diverse casework, and a collaborative environment within a flexible hybrid model.Candidate ProfileJD from a top-tier, nationally recognized law school with an excellent academic record.Active Bar Admission in California, in good standing.2+ years of substantive experience with trademark & copyright counseling and litigation, trademark clearance, prosecution strategy, and portfolio management.Experience with trademark and copyright ownership, licensing, and fair use Intellectual property provisions in commercial and corporate transactions.Applicable prior AmLaw 100 law firm preferredStrong analytical and legal writing skills. Demonstrated oral and written advocacy communication skills; Research and problem-solving skills.Soft Skills: Attention to detail; Demonstrated ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice; Ability to manage multiple matters and client relationships in a fast-paced environment; Excellent organizational skills; Ability to work collaboratively and independently; Conceptual thinking; Ability to influence others; Persuasive communication; Management skills.
