Registered Nurse - Emergency Room Lake Isabella, CA Specialty: Emergency Room Position Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Pay: $1928 - $2322 | Shift: Nights, Thursday to Saturday (1900-0730) Are you an experienced Emergency Room nurse ready to take on your next adventure? Do you thrive in high-pressure environments where your skills and quick thinking can make a life-saving difference? Our healthcare partner is seeking a dedicated RN to join their ER team, providing exceptional patient care with initiative, flexibility, and responsibility. In this vital role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing patient care in an emergency setting with minimal supervision
- Safely, rapidly, and accurately triaging patients
- Communicating effectively with physicians regarding patient status
- Cross-training in other nursing departments as needed
- Floating to Med Surg if required
- Current California RN license
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- 2+ years of recent ER experience preferred
- Operating knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (T-System and CPSI)
- Ability to pass a nursing medication test
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally with patients, staff, and the public
- Basic computer skills
- Need 2 years experience in setting
