Greenhouse Experiences - Senior Manager (Experience Lead) - Deloitte University Location Job Summary This is an in-office role located at Deloitte University (DU) Campus in Westlake, TX. The role is part of the Deloitte Greenhouse team that designs and delivers immersive, innovative experiences (“labs”) for clients and executive teams, supporting Deloitte’s account relationships and business objectives. Responsibilities People Leadership: Foster a collaborative, customer‑centric, and inspiring environment with a focus on mentorship, development, and well‑being. Relationship Building: Build and manage relationships with clients and Deloitte account teams, support business development, and advance stakeholder engagement. Experience Design: Own experience designs, provide feedback to enhance design and creativity, identify subject matter advisors and IP, conduct pre‑lab interviews, and ensure immersive participation. Experience Delivery: Serve as the lead facilitator, engage participants, synthesize key insights, and ensure an exceptional experience. Project Management: Oversee project management for all assigned labs, support lab teams in setting and tracking milestones, and resolve risks. Project Leadership: Support special projects, test innovative approaches for the Greenhouse portfolio, and assist the site lead with team and operations management. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree, 10+ years of relevant experience (including 3+ years of client service), strong executive presence and presentation skills, excellent facilitation skills, well‑developed analytical skills, ability to travel up to 25%, residency in the DFW metroplex, and commitment to in‑office presence at DU. Preferred: Advanced degree. Compensation Wage range: $137,700 to $229,500. Additional discretionary annual incentive programs may be available.
