We are hiring a Client Relations & Care Coordinator to help coordinate care services and support smooth communication between clients, families, and caregivers.

Locations:New Ringgold, Ashland, Girardville, Minersville, Pottsville, Saint Clair, Schuylkill Haven, Pottsville, New Philadelphia, New Ringgold, Frackville, Ashland, Schuylkill Haven, New Ringgold

Key Responsibilities
-Coordinate and schedule client care services
-Communicate with clients, families, and caregivers
-Maintain accurate care records and updates
-Support caregivers with scheduling and service needs
-Help resolve client or caregiver concerns professionally

Qualifications
-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, data entry)
-Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented
-Experience in healthcare, customer service, or office work is a plus (not required)
