New RN Private Duty Nursing Opportunities - Coral Gables, FL

Job Overview Private duty nursing (PDN) allows medically fragile patients to receive quality, skilled nursing care in the comfort of their home. We are looking for nurses in your area to join us in caring, serving, and enriching the lives of our adult and pediatric patients and their families. Shift Options Typical shifts are 8, 12, or 16 hours, primarily on 1st (morning) and 3rd (overnight) shifts; mid shifts are available. Flexibility in scheduling – work as much or as little as you like! Clinical Responsibilities Provide hands‑on nursing care for medically fragile patients at home. Manage gastrostomy tubes (G‑Tube), tracheostomy tubes (Trach), mechanical ventilators, and other advanced therapies. Provide care for adult and pediatric patients. Perform routine assessments, administer medications, and document care, per facility standards. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of hands‑on experience in a clinical setting. Valid RN or LPN licensing (as appropriate for the position). Ability to work independently and adapt to varying shift schedules.
