We provide medical insurance.You will travel only Up to 40% of the timeWhat do you have to do,Act Division as a business partner with the local management team to effectively manage the human resources functionAdminister staffing, training, employee relations, compliance, benefits, and compensation programsActively be engaged with the implementation of strategic Human Resources initiativesSupport multiple business units and have the opportunity to work in a fast paced environment while taking on new challengesPartner with multiple lines of business and help employees continue to grow their career and develop professionallyQualificationsYou'd fit the best, if:You have 3 - 5 years Union Labor Relations and Contract Negotiations ExperienceYou have 3 - 5 years Strategic HR Partnering experienceYou have 3 - 5 years experience in HR Employee EngagementYou can communicate excellently You have 3 years directly applicable experience as an HR Generalist or a ManagerIt would also be nice,if:You have SPHR CertificationYou have an MBA in HR ManagementYou have HR Project Management experienceYou have Strategic Business Partnering experienceWe'd love to hear from you!
