This is demonstrated in base-line and comparative documentation, entered in a timely manner, and with evidence of age-appropriate consideration when care is planned, delivered, and evaluated.We are currently looking for a Registered Nurse for our 5th Floor Medical Surgical Unit at our New McKinley Hospital Campus. We are a 32-bed unit that provides post-op care to Head & Neck, Neuro and GU patients. Integrates patient and family centered care and the quality caring factors into practiceIdentifies, documents, and provides patient education based on the learning needs of the patientParticipates in Evidence based improvement activities related to area of practiceParticipates in professional development based on the nursing professional's standards, regulatory requirements, and job expectationsCredentials and Qualifications:BSN from an ACEN or CCNE accredited institution with at least one year of relevant experience or ASN from an ACEN or CCNE accredited institution with 1 year of relevant experience.BCLS CertificationFL LicenseAn applicant for this position, who will be or is seeking Florida licensure by endorsement, must not have any National Practitioner Data Bank (NPDB) reports, unless the applicant has successfully appealed to have their name removed from the NPDB.
