What You’ll Be Doing

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that blends fabrication, installation, and problem-solving.

You’ll:

• Install a full range of interior and exterior signage , primarily throughout Northwest Michigan with some statewide work
• Perform site prep, layout, mounting, assembly, and on-site finishing
• Fabricate sign components using industry-standard methods and state-of-the-art equipment (no junk tools here)
• Work directly with customers on-site in a professional, confident manner
• Maintain clean, efficient, and organized workspaces
• Manage jobs using basic computer and design software
• Safely lift up to 75 lbs
• Hold a valid Michigan driver’s license with a clean record
• Be willing to obtain a Class A CDL (company-supported)

Skills That Put You at the Front of the Line

We’re especially interested if you bring experience with:

• Michigan Sign Specialist License
• Crane operation
• Welding and sheet metal fabrication (steel & aluminum)
• Shear, brake, and roll-form metal work
• Automotive-style priming, sanding, and finishing
• Reading blueprints and internal build sheets
• Understanding in-house sign manufacturing processes
• Solid working knowledge of CAD design software
