Admissions Nurse Lead - Resident Care & Unit Ops

Terrace of Saint Cloud is seeking an Admissions Nurse to oversee the nursing admission process and supervise staff during resident transitions. You will coordinate admissions, review referrals, prepare units, and ensure safe, resident-centered care. In this clinical lead role, you will validate orders and medications, communicate with residents and families, and maintain regulatory compliance across the admission workflow.
