Position Overview

Adecco is seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our production team as an Extrusion Assistant I . This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to start or grow a career in manufacturing. In this role, you will support the extrusion production process by packaging finished products, performing quality inspections, assisting machine operators, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Package finished rolls according to production specifications and customer requirements

• Inspect finished products for visible defects and report quality concerns

• Apply labels and complete production documentation accurately

• Assist operators with machine startups, shutdowns, and product changeovers

• Monitor winding and packaging areas to ensure safe and efficient operation

• Supply packaging materials and remove finished product as needed

• Perform quality checks and maintain accurate production records

• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE

• Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S standards

• Communicate equipment, quality, or production issues to supervisors and operators

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required

• Ability to read measuring tools and follow work instructions

• Basic math and reading skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Willingness to work overtime and rotating schedules as needed

• Strong attendance, reliability, and teamwork skills

• Eagerness to learn extrusion and blown film manufacturing processes

Pay Details: $17.00 to $17.50 per hour
