• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy for orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions
• Improve strength, mobility, balance, and functional independence
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Requirements

• Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist License
• BLS Certification (preferred/required)
• Outpatient rehab experience preferred
• Strong clinical and communication skills
