Senior Technical Infrastructure Program Manager (TIPM)

Key Job Responsibilities

• Product Lifecycle Program Management
• Lead technical program management for server and networking hardware fulfillment working closely with internal functions, external partners, and business stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end product execution including Customer Interface, Product Strategic Planning, Material Planning, Performance Management and stakeholder interfacing.
• Manage change across multiple stakeholder groups including material business owners, external partners, and AIS supply chain system users.
• Develop and deploy dashboards and automation systems providing real-time visibility into build plan performance, material status, and production metrics. Develop scalable AI mechanisms to reduce manual effort, improve speed & accuracy and accelerate decision-making.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, identify dependencies, manage risks, and drive resolution of complex issues.
• Lead executive communications and status reporting to senior leadership.
