Job Title

As a Burger King Team Member, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and preparing delicious food in a fast-paced, friendly environment. You will contribute to a positive dining experience for every guest, ensuring efficiency and quality.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate cash register and handle cash and credit card transactions, providing correct change.
• Prepare and cook menu items according to Burger King standards and recipes, ensuring food safety and quality.
• Assemble and package orders for dine-in, take-out, and drive-thru customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining room, kitchen, and restrooms.
• Restock inventory and supplies as needed, notifying management of shortages.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and equipment breakdown.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.

Job Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Pay: $16 per hour
