Compassionate ABA & Therapeutic Services (CABATS) is growing, and we are looking for dependable, compassionate, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our clinical team.

What You'll Do

As an RBT/BT, you will work directly with children and adolescents receiving ABA services under the supervision of qualified clinical supervisors.

Responsibilities include:

• Implement individualized ABA treatment programs
• Provide 1:1 direct therapy in the clinic
• Teach communication, social, play, adaptive, and daily living skills
• Implement behavior intervention and reinforcement strategies
• Collect accurate data throughout sessions
• Complete session documentation within required timelines
• Follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and clinical protocols
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings
• Communicate professionally with supervisors, caregivers, and team members
• Maintain client dignity, safety, confidentiality, and professionalism
• Assist clients with transitions and participate in social/group programming when assigned

Qualifications

RBT Applicants:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential preferred
• Current CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Previous ABA experience is a plus

BT Applicants:

• Previous experience with children, special education, behavioral health, childcare, or developmental disabilities is preferred
• Willingness to complete required ABA/RBT training
• Strong interest in developing a career in behavioral health
